Lindisfarne - Back And Fourth [LP] Black

This album features a gatefold sleeve edition of "Back and Fourth," the 1978 release by the English rock band Lindisfarne. Distributed in nine countries across three record labels, the album secured the 22nd position on the UK album charts and featured the hit single "Run for Home." Produced by Gus Dudgeon, the album was recorded between February and April 1978, marking the return of the original Lindisfarne lineup after their breakup in 1973. The clever pun in the title reflects the band's comeback on their fourth album. Notably, the album cover captures Lindisfarne, the island off the coast of Northumberland from which the band derived its name, with Lindisfarne Castle visible at sunrise.
