Introducing the Singer-Songwriter Legends Bundle - a heartfelt journey through the soulful melodies of Harry Chapin, the poetic prowess of Jack Bruce, and the raw emotion of Joe Cocker.
This collection is a tapestry of intimate storytelling, acoustic arrangements, and soul-stirring vocals that define the singer-songwriter genre.
This bundle includes:
1. Joe Cocker - Alive In America (2LP)
This album features most of his best-known singles, such as "Feelin' Alright?" and "Unchain My Heart", even if they were recordings of songs written by other songwriters. He composed a number of songs for most of his albums as well, often in conjunction with songwriting partner Chris Stainton. Alive in America is a live album documenting Joe Cocker's concert performance in Denver, Colorado on May 2, 1981.
2. Jack Bruce & Friends - Alive In America (2LP)
This album features the first-time digital remastering of a full concert from 1980, showcasing Jack's renditions of Cream classics and solo favorites. The performance includes collaborations with David Sancious, Clem Clempson, and Billy Cobham.
3. Harry Chapin - Live At The Capitol Theater (3LP)
This album features Harold Forster Chapin, an American singer-songwriter, philanthropist, and hunger activist renowned for his folk rock and pop rock songs. Achieving worldwide success in the 1970s, Chapin, a Grammy Award-winning artist and Grammy Hall of Fame inductee, sold over 16 million records globally. He recorded a total of 11 albums from 1972 until his death in 1981, with all 14 singles he released becoming hits on at least one national music chart.
