When Will my Order Ship?
At Renaissance Records US, our committed team is available Monday-Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM, (except for holiday closures) to ensure that every order is handled with the utmost care and efficiency. Regular orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the purchase date. "Preorder" items have specific shipping time frames; please review these before checkout.
After your order is processed and prepared for shipment, a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent, allowing you to monitor your item's delivery. Please note that tracking times may differ depending on the carrier and final destination.
Domestic/US orders generally arrive within 6-10 days, while international orders may take 10-14 days, possibly longer if inspected by customs. We are not liable for any losses, product, or shipping refunds if an item is confiscated and destroyed by customs or returned to the US as undeliverable.

How do preorders work?
A preorder allows you to reserve an item that is not yet in stock. This guarantees that you will receive the item once it becomes available, without the risk of it selling out before you get a chance to purchase it.
How do I place a preorder?
Placing a preorder is simple! Visit our website and browse our “Coming Soon” section, which is under the “Music” tab on our navigation bar. Certain items will be available for preorder, or you can sign up for notifications for future title updates.
Once you find the item you’re interested in, look for the preorder button and click it. You will then proceed to checkout as usual. Make sure to double-check the preorder time frame specified on the product page to see when the item is expected to ship.
When will I be charged for my preorder?
You will be charged at the time of placing your preorder to secure your reservation. This ensures that the item is held for you and will be shipped as soon as it is available.
Can I cancel or modify my preorder?
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or modify your preorder, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. However, please note that cancellations or modifications may not be possible if the item is close to its release date.
When will my preorder ship?
Your preorder will ship as soon as the item becomes available in stock. You will receive an updated shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

What is your return or exchange policy?
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Submission Guidelines:
- Musical Genres: We specialize in classic rock, progressive jazz, fusion, and indie music. Please ensure that your demo aligns with one of these genres before submitting.
- Quality: Submit high-quality recordings that showcase your talent and creativity. This could include studio recordings, live performances, or demos recorded at home.
- Originality: We value originality and creativity. While covers are acceptable, we're particularly interested in hearing your original compositions that demonstrate your unique style and voice.
- Contact Information: Include your name, contact information, and a brief bio telling us about yourself and your musical journey. Let us know what makes you stand out as an artist.
- Submission Format: You can submit your demo either as a link to a streaming platform (e.g., SoundCloud, Bandcamp) or as an attached audio file (MP3 format preferred).

How do I become a wholesaler?
